BK series Screw Air Compressor Instruction:
The CHINAMFG (BK) series compressor represent a giant leap in design and performance with each component designed for reliability and ease of maintenance. The compressor is manufactured in compliance with applicable international standards CE,IAF and others and designed as per the international quality standards. These new generation compressor significantly reduce operating costs and provide cost savings with fast return on investment.
The BK series industrial screw air compressor comes configured as belt driven (11kw – 18.5kw), optional gear driven, direct driven(7.5kw – 132kw) with discharge pressures from 0.8MPa to 1.3MPa. And can variable frequency.
Product Application
Rotors are the key elements in producing compressed air efficiently. CHINAMFG airends utilize a male 5 lobe rotor driving rotor and a 6 lobe female rotor(driven rotor).These state of the art Y profile rotors were introduced in the LG series compressor.
They have the following characteristics:
